Teacher of Chemistry job summary
Bishop Milner Catholic College is currently looking to appoint an inspirational and motivational Teacher of Chemistry with the potential ability and/or proven track record to achieve excellent results. This is an exciting opportunity to inform and support the curriculum and student offer, as well as assisting the students to achieve their true potential.
We would also encourage applicants who are specialists in Physics and Biology to apply who have the confidence to deliver Chemistry across Key Stage 3 and 4.
Bishop Milner offer a full complement of Science subjects at GCSE, A-Level and Applied Science Level 3.
Our ideal candidate will be a skilled practitioner who is dedicated to securing high levels of attainment for all our students through consistent outstanding teaching and learning.
The successful applicant will be a strong team player, committed to the college ethos of high expectation and aspiration for all.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to develop themselves professionally in a strong department. We anticipate there will be an opportunity to apply for an internal position of responsibility in the summer term.
This post is suitable for a well-motivated practitioner who would enjoy working with our students and aspires to be outstanding. Newly qualified or a more experienced Science Teacher are encouraged to apply.
