Do you want to inspire the Next Generation of Digital Innovators? We have an exciting opportunity for a well-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our successful and supportive department at Guilsborough Academy as Teacher of Computer Science. This is a part time, 0.6 position.
The Computer Science department is a collaborative and innovative team, committed to delivering an engaging curriculum and ensuring every student achieves their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity to join a department that values creativity, continuous improvement and high academic standards.
Whether you are an Early Career Teacher or an experienced practitioner, we are looking for someone with a passion for Computer Science who can inspire students to develop their knowledge, creativity and problem-solving skills in an increasingly digital world.
We are looking for a teacher who can:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Motivate and challenge students of all abilities to achieve excellent outcomes.
- Contribute positively to a strong, supportive and forward-thinking departmental team.
- Bring creativity, confidence and enthusiasm to the classroom.
- Demonstrate a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning.
- Support the wider life of the Academy through enrichment and extracurricular opportunities.
