Teacher of Computing and ICT job summary

An outstanding opportunity has arisen to work in Gloucestershire’s largest comprehensive school.
 
We are an established 11-18 single academy trust with a good reputation (Ofsted ‘Good’ rating 2016), wide catchment, and a strong presence in our community. Our school is consistently oversubscribed with a PAN of 300, and most of our students choose to stay with us for their post-16 study.
 
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher of Computing and ICT to join an experienced and enthusiastic Computing and ICT department, based in our purpose-built Computing block, at Cheltenham Bournside School, where Computing and Creative iMedia are very popular subjects. 

The successful candidate will work with a small team of dedicated specialist teachers and be able to deliver engaging and effective lessons at KS3 and either GCSE Computer Science or Creative iMedia.

Bournside is a mixed, non-denominational academy school for students aged 11 to 18. It is located in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. It settled in its current location of Warden Hill in the early part of the 1970s and converted to academy status in 2011.
