Teacher of Design and Technology job summary

Our Design faculty is looking to recruit a talented and inspiring Teacher of Design & Technology to cover Design Technology and Food Technology at KS3, Product Design for KS4/5 is desirable. This role offers an excellent career for someone who is seeking the opportunity to work with exceptional students and staff teams at Harrogate Grammar School. The suite of subjects within the design faculty continue to be very popular with our students, with good recruitment at both Key Stage 4 and 5. There is a range of extra-curricular opportunities for students, including local, national and international trips and visits, various design and engineering challenges and supporting students in their applications for the Arkwright scholarship. If you have experience of teaching Art (KS3/4) and would be able to contribute in this area, this would be an additional advantage.
