What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring colleague to join our highly regarded and successful Design Technology Department. You will be able to enthuse our students with your passion for Design Technology, your presence and personality. You will go above and beyond to ensure the success of our school and be passionate about improving outcomes for our young people.
Design Technology is a high achieving and dynamic department and members of the team are totally committed to ensuring successful outcomes for our students. We currently offer GCSE Design Technology with both a Product and Textiles pathway, WJEC Food & Nutrition, BTEC Level 2 Construction, A Level Product Design, A Level Textiles and Level 3 Food Science and Nutrition.

Our school has developed exceptional International Science and Mathematics links with top schools in Japan, Singapore, Thailand, China and South Korea. Recent collaboration has involved joint research projects, International Science and Mathematics fairs and competitions, as well as many significant student/staff visits and exchanges. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in this amazing and unique programme.
