Your opportunity

Aureus School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher who will be responsible for delivering high quality teaching to help students develop a broad base of skills through practical, investigational and theoretical work in KS3 and KS4. In this varied role, you will be responsible for delivering the creative curriculum in art, graphics or design technology depending on your area of expertise and interests. You will enthuse students with inspiring events such as The Aureus Design Awards. You will be technically knowledgeable with a passion for promoting and delivering the school-wide participation in your subject field. In this crucial role, the successful applicant will be able to guide the department whether it be Art, Design Technology or Graphics. We are interested in hearing from all candidates, no matter what point in your career you are currently at, and welcome flexible working arrangements.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is experienced in teaching who is passionate about supporting young adults learning. You must be confident in managing classes and behaviour and want to share your enthusiasm in a classroom environment teaching KS3 and KS4.
