- Have excellent subject knowledge with the ability to deliver Textiles an advantage
- Be able to inspire and support students up to at least GCSE and possibly up to A Level standard
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships
- Be enthusiastic, a team player, self-motivated and committed to further professional development
