TEACHER OF DESIGN & TECHNOLOGY WITH TEXTILES SPECIALISM job summary
The Governors wish to appoint an outstanding and enthusiastic Teacher of Design and Technology, with a Textiles specialism. The ability to deliver KS4/KS3 textiles plus ability to teach Art & Technology areas at KS3 would be an advantage, together with delivery of KS5 Textiles.
The role would be an opportunity for the successful candidate to join an outstanding and well-resourced department in a school where Design Technology is a popular exam option at KS4 and KS3.
The successful candidate must be willing and able to teach GCSE and BTEC Design and Technology with a Product Design Focus; contribute to the Teaching of Art and Design.
The successful candidate will be:

• Someone who is passionate about the subject and has the ability to inspire and foster a love of learning
