We are seeking a passionate and creative Teacher of Drama and Performing Arts to join our Ofsted Outstanding college. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and nurture the next generation of performers, cultivating a love for theatre and performance in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As part of our high-performing and collaborative team, you will play a key role in shaping the curriculum, developing engaging lesson plans, and providing students with enriching opportunities both inside and outside the classroom. Whether directing school productions, leading workshops, or mentoring aspiring performers, your contribution will have a lasting impact on student learning, achievement, and progression.
We are looking for a well-qualified teacher with strong subject knowledge and a passion for drama and performing arts. You should have excellent planning and time-management skills, the ability to challenge and inspire students of all abilities, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and fostering creativity. Effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues is essential, as is a commitment to professional development.
