What skills and experience we're looking for

Kesgrave High School is looking for a Teacher of Drama to cover a maternity leave from either Easter or September 2023.This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and committed team of subject specialists. Kesgrave High School is a large 11-19 school which has over 1850 students on roll, including over 320 students in the Sixth Form. The Drama department has a great sense of team spirit, support and collaboration and are dedicated to ensuring our students achieve the highest possible outcomes.The department has an impressive range of facilities, including well-resourced teaching rooms, studios and performance spaces. The Thomas Theatre is also used by the Department for both teaching and productions, which is a performance space with state-of-the-art sound and lighting facilities that can seat an audience of over 300. We also have the benefit of full reprographic and administrative support.
