What skills and experience we're looking for

The Stephen Longfellow Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Teacher of English. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy - the successful applicant will be expected tobe responsible for teaching and insuring students to achieve their potential within maths.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • A good honours degree in the relevant subject area.
  • Knowledge and experience of intervention strategies with a focus on SEND needs.
  • Successful record of teaching English including very good exam results.
