What You’ll Do
Deliver Inspiring Lessons: Teach English across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, fostering a genuine love for language and literature.
Cultivate a Reading Culture: Instill a passion for reading across all key stages, utilising whole-school literacy strategies to broaden vocabulary and deepen reading comprehension.
Empower 21st-Century Learners: Use innovative, high-impact teaching strategies to raise achievement, build student confidence, and close attainment gaps.
Elevate the Department: Play an active role in raising the profile of English across the Academy through dynamic lessons, extra-curricular opportunities, and collaborative curriculum design.
