About You:
Weavers Academy are seeking a passionate and committed Teacher of English who can inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 to achieve their very best. You will be dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching, securing strong progress for all learners, and maintaining high expectations for both yourself and the students you teach.
The successful candidate will be a reflective and ambitious practitioner who values collaboration and enjoys working as part of a supportive team. Whether you are an Early Career Teacher or an experienced teacher, you will share our belief that every student deserves access to outstanding educational opportunities and be eager to continue developing your practice.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Degree in relevant subject
- Expertise in planning the progression of subject skills within individual, and across sequences, of lessons
- Knowledge and understanding of the subject requirements for English
- High levels of verbal and written communication
