The Role
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons acrossKS3 and KS4
- Foster a classroom environment where students of all abilities feel empowered to express themselves.
- Contribute to the development of our innovative and diverseSchemes of Work.
- Act as a dedicated Form Tutor, supporting the pastoral wellbeing of our students.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)and a degree in English or a related subject.
- A genuine passion for literature and language that inspires students.
- A “team-first” mentality—someone who thrives on collaborating with colleagues.
