The Boswells School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher of English. We are looking for the successful candidate to deliver high quality English lessons to complement an already strong provision within our English Faculty. Ability to teach English Language A-level is desirable, but not essential .This position offers an excellent opportunity for an ECT or an experienced teacher in a Faculty full of experience and expertise.

You will be joining a school with enthusiastic and dedicated leaders at senior and middle leadership levels and a commitment to the professional development and well-being of staff.

In 2019, 55% of our A Level students achieved A* to B grades, 88% of our A Level students achieved A* to C grades, 83% of our GCSE students achieved a Good pass (Grade 4+) in Eniglish and 71% of our GCSE students achieved a Good pass (Grade 4+) in Maths.

The percentage of students who achieved the expected levels of progress in English and Mathematics was significantly above the national average as was the percentage of students who achieved more than expected progress in these areas.
