Clarendon Academy is looking to appoint a creative and highly skilled Teacher of English to join its vibrant team, with effect from April 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT, who is passionate about helping all pupils to achieve excellence.

Working Hours: Part time (0.8FTE, 26 hours per week).Required: Easter/April 2025.

We are a thriving co-educational, non-denominational secondary school and sixth form, educating young people between the ages of 11 and 18. Located in the bustling town of Trowbridge, Wiltshire, we pride ourselves on being a centre of excellence where young, enthusiastic children enter in Year 7 and leave us at the end of Year 13 as fully rounded young adults. Candidates must able to teach across the full age and ability range, up to A Level is desirable, and will be a team player happy to collaborate and share ideas with other teachers within the English Department. QTS status is essential for the role.
