What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a motivated and inspirational English and Drama Teacher to join our team of outstanding staff in this key curriculum area. This position is open to experienced teachers and ECTs.
The successful candidate will teach both English and Drama (up to KS4). We teach Edexcel Drama GCSE and Eduqas Vocational Performing Arts. A strong commitment to extra-curricular activities is an essential part of the role. We run an annual show which is a calendar highlight, alongside weekly drama clubs which are very popular and well attended. Regular trips take place beyond the school day, and the successful candidate will take an active part in these, fostering links with local arts organisations.
