What skills and experience we're looking for
We seek to appoint a passionate, dedicated and highly motivated Teacher of English with the skills and experience to deliver successful outcomes both at KS3 and KS4. Our English Department have built a reputation over the years for delivering creative and engaging lessons that challenge our students to reach their potential. There are several outstanding teachers in the team who have the experience to develop and mentor new entrants to the profession.

Our facilities are outstanding. With a £10+ million investment, our school boasts state-of-the-art classrooms, fantastic IT facilities, our own on-site Alternative Provision (Headway), and an unrivalled on-site Sports Village which includes a full-size 3G football pitch, a skate park and a dance studio. As a result of the school being oversubscribed every year, we have recently added to our facilities with the addition of a new teaching block comprising of six specialist and general classrooms.
