What the school offers its staff

All staff take ownership of their own learning journey and are given opportunities to reflect on their own practice, as well as supporting others through being members of Teacher Learning Communities. There is an open-door culture that encourages teachers to 'drop in' on colleagues, therefore promoting good practice within the schools. We are dedicated to the SSAT Embedding Formative Assessment CPD programme for the next two years, while also supporting staff in advancing their expertise and leadership through a variety of internal and external programmes, including the complete range of NPQ courses.
