Digital learning is fully embedded using a Google platform in Years 7 and 8 and is being rolled out to all years with laptops for students. Significant investment has been made in facilities including recent upgrades to lighting, heating and windows and all subject areas have their own office and facilities.

  • A wellbeing day per academic year and an active Staff Wellbeing Committee with numerous enrichment activities on offer.

  • A full programme of trips and visits, giving you the chance to share in making positive memories with students.

  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme.

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspiring Teacher of English who is passionate about their subject and able to make a positive contribution to the learning experiences of our students.

You will be joining a highly successful and forward-thinking department in a growing school, teaching across the age and attainment range at both Key Stage 3 and 4 in an environment where students are well behaved and keen to do well. Applications from Early Career Teachers or experienced teachers are encouraged and a comprehensive induction and support package would be available if appropriate.
