Hurstmere School is seeking to appoint a highly effective English Teacher, to start in January 2027.
This is a part-time, permanent role working 0.4 Mondays and Tuesdays, paid on the Outer London STPC MPS / UPS. This post would suit an experienced or Early Career Teacher with good prospects for career development.

We’re looking for an inspiring and dedicated English Teacher to join our team. You’ll help students develop a passion for reading, writing, and communication while supporting them to achieve their full potential through creative and engaging lessons.
The school is also offering a recruitment incentive of £5,000 which is split into the following payments - £2,500 subject to the successful completion of a probationary period, and a further £2,500 to be paid upon one year service.
