Further details about the role

The English faculty is looking for an exceptional classroom teacher with the ability to teach English at KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate will join a supportive and friendly department who are keen to ensure outstanding provision for all our students. Your primary role will be to support and challenge all students to achieve their full potential and achieve academic success through strong classroom practice. You will uphold the school values, and at all times promote the safety and welfare of young people in accordance with CSET/School policies and procedures and any associated guidance.

We are looking for someone to join us on a part time basis, ideally working 0.4 - 0.5FTE, although this is negotiable. This is a fixed term contract until 31 August 2024 pending a review of staffing requirements for 2024/25.
