Position: Teacher of English - Maternity Cover

Position Type: Temporary, full-time

Job Description:
As a Teacher of English at Urmston Grammar School, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students at Key Stage 3 & 4. You will support the development of students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while contributing positively to the school community during this temporary period.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Suitable for newly qualified teachers.
- Strong command of the English language with good literacy skills.
- Ability to plan effective lessons tailored to Key Stage learners.
- Good communication skills with both students and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt within a supportive team environment.
