Job summary
Required from January 2020 the school wish to appoint an enthusiastic Teacher of English who is ambitious and innovative and is able to demonstrate successful student outcomes and progress. You would be teaching across the ability range at KS3 and KS4. This position would suit either an NQT or experienced teacher.
This position is temporary until 31st August 2020, but may become permanent depending on Year 7 pupil intake numbers.
Essential educational requirements
Degree or other recognised teaching qualification in English.
Essential qualifications
Teaching experience in English in Key Stage 3 and in
Key Stage 4 to GCSE level.
Evidence of additional CPD or study in English.
Essential skills and experience
National Curriculum KS 3 and KS 4 English.
Schemes of work in KS3 and GCSE English to grade 9
