What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented teacher of English or Religious Education to join our Catholic secondary school, a community founded on service, and a commitment to excellence in all areas of education.
The role will split time evenly between both subjects in the first academic year (with the flexibility for this to change over time) and we welcome applications from specialists in either subject.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and passionate teacher to contribute to a forward-thinking and supportive environment, where students are encouraged to develop academically and personally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring a love of their subjects and nurturing students’ skills in enquiry, analysis, and critical thinking. You will work closely with our committed and collaborative English and RE Departments, contributing to curriculum development and helping to drive forward standards of teaching and learning.
