Required for either a January 2024, or sooner, start. Stopsley High School is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, high quality teacher of English. The role would be suitable for an Early Careers Teacher (ECT). 

Stopsley High School has been on a rapid improvement journey which included academising in September 2021 and joining the Middlesex Learning Trust. The School has benefitted from collaborative networking across the three schools, opportunities to showcase best practice and access to innovative training opportunities.  All of this hard work culminated in an incredibly positive Ofsted in September 2022, in which the school was graded as “Good” in all five areas. It is an exciting time to join us and b e part of our journey from good to outstanding!

The successful candidate will be joining an energetic, forward thinking and highly ambitious team.  They will demonstrate real enthusiasm for teaching English, underpinned by strong subject pedagogy and a willingness to work to make an already established department even stronger with a full programme of CPD and ECT support available.
