What skills and experience we're looking for
Ipswich Academy, is seekingto appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Teacher of English for January 2024 (early start date is possible). You will be joining a dynamic, aspiring and highly successful department. You will have the opportunity to teach across KS3 and KS4, further adding to the strength of the department.
As a part of the English team at Ipswich Academy, you will work to establish for children, a caring environment in which each child will be nurtured and encouraged to develop their potential in English.
Your additional responsibilities will include supporting the head of department in developing and leading a team of teachers within the English department. To ensure high standards of teaching and learning, including the wellbeing of staff and students.
