What skills and experience we're looking for
We are excited to announce an opening for a Food Technology / Art Teacher to join our team at our newly established academy in Frindsbury, Rochester.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Food Technology / Art Teacher or ECT with strong passion for teaching and learning. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about embracing new ideas, demonstrates a positive attitude, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. As an effective classroom practitioner, you will be capable of planning and delivering a dynamic and engaging curriculum, while keeping up-to-date with the latest curriculum developments.
As a valued member of our team, you will maintain high expectations for both student achievement and behaviour. You will be dedicated to fostering student engagement, encouraging progress, and inspiring a lifelong love of learning.
Applications are invited from teachers and ECT’s who have experience of teaching Food Technology or Art.
There are also potential TLR opportunities available for the right candidate.
Additionally, there may be exciting opportunities for career progression as the academy prepares to welcome its next cohort of students in September 2025.
