We offer a range of benefits to support your wellbeing and professional life, including:

  • A strong focus on staff wellbeing, including a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, free flu vaccinations, eye care vouchers and Livi app.
  • Opportunities to get involved in wider school life, including:
    • Student leadership initiatives
    • Extracurricular sport
    • Duke of Edinburgh Award
    • A wide range of trips and visits, including international opportunities (e.g. Kenya, Iceland, Spain and Paris)
  • Access to staff benefits schemes, including Cycle to Work and an electric car scheme
  • Discounted meals from our excellent in-house catering team
  • Discounted childcare at our on-site nursery, Little Sunlights
  • Free on-site parking
  • A welcoming, supportive and collaborative staff team
