The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified teacher (QTS).
- Be an engaging and effective classroom practitioner with high expectations of students.
- Have the ability to teach confidently across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a thoughtful approach to teaching and learning.
- Be reflective and keen to develop professionally, embracing feedback and collaboration.
- Share our commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and student wellbeing.
- Be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment, trips, and extracurricular activities.
