The Trustees and Governors of Sprowston Community Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Geography teacher to join our thriving Humanities Faculty from September 2025 delivering Geography across the key stages. This post is suitable for ECT, main scale and post threshold teachers.
You will be part of a collaborative, supportive and well-resourced department within a Faculty that aims to deliver lessons that consistently reflect high quality teaching and learning in all its subject areas. Geography is one of the most popular foundation subjects in the school. Colleagues within the Geography Department work collaboratively to advance the progress of their students and it is therefore essential for the postholder to demonstrate both the ability to work independently but also as part of a successful and committed team. The postholder will also be expected to be a form tutor and engage in the wider pastoral activities of the school.
