Teacher of Geography (maternity cover) (suitable for NQT) job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Geography teacher to join our existing, high-performing and passionate team. We are committed to ensuring all students continue to achieve beyond their potential, along with having the opportunity to engage with new ideas and exploring what interests them. Classroom Teachers - Expectations of all Academy staff:
Teach across the age range of KS3 and KS4 to all abilities
Ensure teaching and learning in the classroom maximises the potential of all students
To be accountable for the progress of pupils taught as a subject teacher.
Contribute to the development and delivery of an innovative and engaging English curriculum
Be dedicated to personal continued professional development
To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide opportunities for personal and academic growth.
