- Holds a good honours degree in Geography or a related discipline, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Is committed to personal development
- Brings excellent knowledge of the subject, curriculum requirements and exam specifications
- Possesses strong organisational skills, a proactive approach to lesson planning and effective classroom management skills
