We are seeking to appoint a well qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of Girls' PE to join our successful department. Typical lessons will include practical sessions at Key Stage 3 and 4 covering a range of sports and physical activities as well as other girls’ games activities. The post holder will be expected to play a full part in the extensive extra-curricular programme offered. The post may also involve teaching examination PE classes at Key Stage 4 or Key Stage 5. The department is highly respected in the local area, has a high profile in school and enjoys much support from parents. Applications from NQTs are welcomed. Beaumont offers an outstanding induction programme together with a very supportive environment.
We are an oversubscribed mixed comprehensive school of over 1350 students, including a sixth form of over 400 students with an exceptional reputation and enjoying strong parental support. Ofsted (2014) judged the school to be outstanding in all aspects. Staff are dedicated to ensuring that pupils reach their full potential and to creating a vibrant and inspirational environment for learning.
