What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Teacher of Girls’ PE to teach KS3 and KS4 and contribute to our creative and evolving curriculum, who builds excellent relationships with students and inspires them in their learning. We are looking for someone with the initiative, drive and determination to teach students of all abilities and an individual who will be willing to promote and contribute to the full range of extra-curricular activities.

If you share our vision based on the unshakeable belief that children learn through all aspects of their daily lives and that their values and knowledge, experiences and habits are as important as their academic qualifications, we would be delighted to hear from you.

What the school offers its staff

A comprehensive induction programme is provided for all new staff. We are committed to continual bespoke professional development opportunities, e.g. access to peer coaching, a 1% improvement culture and personalised training.

Further details about the role

We welcome early applications and will consider holding interviews and appointing before the closing date for strong candidates.

Commitment to safeguarding

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a self-declaration of their criminal record or information that would make them unsuitable to work with children. This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. Please refer to the school website for further information regarding our Child Protection & Safeguarding policy. Any successful applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service.
