Pool Hayes Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teacher of History to supplement and enhance a strong established and supportive Faculty. The department is part of a well led, dynamic team, whose colleagues all enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of outstanding success amongst our students. The appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by our teaching and learning team.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious professional with the ability to teach across key stages, someone who can bring out the best in every child and make all aspects of the History curriculum engaging, and will join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring; creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. As a key member of the team, you will play a lead role in curriculum development alongside progressing and enhancing the teaching practice of others within the academy and beyond. We are keen to secure a high calibre teacher who can make a telling contribution to our forward-looking team.
