The successful candidate would be required to teach History, Geography and/or RPE at Key Stage 3, with the potential for delivering an area of specialist Humanities at Key Stage 4 or 5.
Teaching Humanities equips students with invaluable skills essential for navigating the complexities of the world. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of these subjects for fostering critical thinking, empathy and an understanding of human experiences across cultures and time periods. We want someone who can ignite students' curiosity, broaden their perspectives, and empower them to become informed, compassionate citizens capable of shaping a brighter future.
This role is ideal for either an experienced teacher seeking a new opportunity or an ECT looking to start their career in a supportive and dedicated department. We have a hardworking and committed team of specialist teachers with a strong commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our students. Our ECTs follow the DfE Early Career Framework, with each teacher having a subject mentor and an Induction Tutor.
