What skills and experience we're looking for

Knowledge & Experience

Knowledge and experience in KS3 and KS4

Established and evidenced practice as a good/outstanding teacher

Evidence of a commitment to own professional development

Ability to contribute to the professional development/mentoring of colleagues, as required

Evidence of high achievement in teaching across the age range

Deep understanding of core concepts including programming, algorithms, computational thinking, and computer systems.

Competent in using Python IDLE software

Experience using photoshop


Skills

Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning, with enthusiasm and passion

Effective classroom management skills

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students and parents

Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities

Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive approach
