What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint outstanding classroom practitioners who:
- are committed to working with pupils in an urban setting
- are committed to the ethos of the school
- are excellent classroom practitioners and able to motivate, engage and inspire students
- have strong commitment to the students and raising standards
- are committed to professional development and progression
The successful candidates will have at least 3 years of class teaching experience, a proven record of positive pupil progress and be passionate about improving outcomes for children. Experience of subject leadership will be considered an advantage
