Teacher of KS2 SEND/Deputy SENCo job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our SEND department as a Teacher of KS2 SEND/Deputy SENCo.
Over the last three years the school has been on a rapid journey of transformation which has resulted in significant improvements in attendance, behaviour and progress.
We are a smaller than average secondary school, that prides itself on being openly inclusive, non-selective, with a passionate and hardworking team, that are committed to improving the life chances for our students and their families.
Park Lane Academy was inspected by Ofsted in October 2022, and we were described as an ‘improving school’ where leaders act with integrity and are focused on creating an inclusive school and a place where pupils talk positively about the changes that they are seeing.
