Teacher of Mandarin job summary
Teacher of Mandarin (Two 1.5 hour after-school sessions a week)
(Temporary until 31 August 2022 in first instance)
Teaching GCSE Mandarin to a small group of students, in Years 9 and 10, who have opted for the language as an additional qualification.
You will teach two classes a week (2 x 1.5 hours, on different days, from 3.15pm to 4.45pm) and paid to include 30 minutes, per week, PPA time totalling 3.5 hours per week (0.14 FTE).
You’ll need proven ability to teach Mandarin and experience in delivering GCSE as a tutor/teacher. QTS not essential.
Salary according to qualification and/or experience.
