What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors of this successful 11-18 Girls’ Catholic Specialist Arts College wish to appoint a well-qualified and dynamic teacher of mathematics to contribute to the further development of the College. The successful candidate will be required to teach across the age and ability range.
The appointment will initially be on a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2027. There may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent, subject to the school’s staffing requirements and approval.
Applications are welcome from NQTs or more experienced colleagues. A supportive induction programme is in place for all new staff.
The successful candidate will need to be:
- An outstanding practitioner
- Able to model effective teaching and learning strategies
- Ambitious in raising attainment across all key stages
- Able to make a positive contribution to the department
