What skills and experience we're looking for
We require a well-qualified and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher who has a passion for teaching mathematics and enabling the progression of our students. We are looking for an individual able to fulfil a team role that will complement the energy, dynamism and originality of thought present in our established team.
What the school offers its staff
A willingness to teach across all years and abilities is essential. Maths and Further Maths are very popular subjects at A level and Budmouth Academy has a highly successful 6th form where you will have the opportunity to teach post 16.
Our current team offer a range of extra-curricular support sessions to ensure students reach their full potential, and if successful, we would hope that you would share this ethic.
We are looking for an individual able to fulfil a team role that will complement the dynamism and originality of thought present in our established team. This post would suit both an ECT at the beginning of their teaching journey or an established teacher ready to take on new opportunities, and as your professional development is important to us, we offer a comprehensive package of CPD opportunities, including nationally recognised qualifications that suit all types of career progression. These are widely available, free of charge through the ALI (the Aspirations Learning Institute) at all of the Aspirations Academy schools. In addition, Budmouth has its very own Well-being Charter and working group, as we genuinely prioritise the well-being of our staff
