Mathematics is one of the largest departments in the school, bringing together 12 teaching staff and a specialist Intervention Coach who work collaboratively to secure the very best outcomes for our students. We are proud of the positive relationships we build with our young people and the strong progress they make throughout their time with us.
As our department continues to grow and develop, we are looking for a colleague who shares our belief that every student can achieve their potential. Collaboration is at the heart of our success, with staff regularly sharing ideas, developing teaching strategies together and celebrating the achievements of both students and colleagues. We work hard to create an environment where everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive.
We are equally committed to investing in our staff. Every classroom is equipped with a new interactive smart screen, and colleagues benefit from a comprehensive whole-school CPD programme alongside dedicated subject-specific professional development opportunities within Mathematics.
