What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an additional Teacher of Mathematics to join our thriving and fully staffed department. This role offers the opportunity to teach exclusively within Mathematics and to contribute to the continued success of a high-performing team. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated professional with the knowledge, skills, and attributes to deliver engaging, challenging, and inspiring lessons. The successful candidate will motivate and enthuse students at Sir Thomas Wharton Academy, fostering a love of learning and supporting them to achieve excellent outcomes.

A visit to the Academy, so you can meet the Principal and key Middle and Senior Leaders is welcomed, to enable you to discuss the post in more detail.

The ideal candidate will:

  • have a true growth mindset, exceptional work ethic and a sense of humour.
