Job Title: Teacher of Math - Teach First
Are you passionate about mathematics and ready to inspire the next generation of learners? We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics through the Teach First programme to join our dedicated and high-performing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring teacher to develop their career in a supportive environment while making a real difference to the lives of young people. You will deliver engaging and challenging mathematics lessons, foster a love of learning, and help students achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons across Key Stages.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that supports all learners.
- Monitor, assess and track student progress, providing effective feedback.
- Contribute to raising attainment and achievement within the Mathematics department.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external partners to support student success.
Pay range: UQ3 - £34,702
Qualifications and Skills:
- GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
