The successful candidate will have the ability to inspire students to achieve excellent results. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in your subject specialism
- Plan and teach a curriculum that inspires, challenges and supports all learners
- Create a positive, inclusive and ambitious learning environment where every child feels safe, valued and motivated to achieve their best
- Contribute to the wider life of the academy, promoting our ethos of ambition, collaboration and community
- Monitor progress and provide effective feedback to enable all learners to succeed
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to enhance student outcomes
