What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner who:
- Has a passion for Maths and can deliver engaging and challenging lessons.
- Can teach across the full age and ability range (KS3–KS4).
- Will inspire and motivate students of all backgrounds and abilities.
- Embraces high expectations and thrives in a collaborative team.
- Understands the importance of relationships and inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all learners.
- Use a range of assessment methods to monitor progress and provide feedback.
- Create a positive and safe learning environment that supports student success.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise achievement across the department.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and the development of the Maths curriculum.
