We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Teacher of Maths to join our growing team at Castle Manor Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, supportive and ambitious school, where Maths is a high-performing subject and teaching and learning are at the heart of everything we do.
Our Maths department is experienced, collegiate and deeply committed to excellence. As our school continues to grow, we are looking to expand the team with a teacher who shares our passion for Maths and our belief in the potential of every student. About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is dedicated, creative and enthusiastic about teaching Maths
- Has a strong understanding of excellent teaching and learning
- Reflects on practice and is willing to challenge themselves and others
- Is committed to achieving the very best outcomes for students
This role is well suited to ECTs looking to start their teaching career in a nurturing and aspirational environment. We have an excellent track record of supporting ECTs and developing staff at all stages of their careers, with clear opportunities for progression. It is equally well suited for an experienced colleague looking to move to a different school, CPD and additional responsibilities are also possible.
