Consett Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Maths to join our successful and supportive team on a maternity cover contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented teacher to inspire young people and help them develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed to succeed in Mathematics and beyond. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their subject, committed to achieving the very best outcomes for students, and able to create engaging lessons that bring learning to life.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher, you will join a welcoming department where collaboration, professional development and high aspirations are at the heart of what we do. You will teach Mathematics across Key Stages and play an important role in supporting students to achieve their full potential.
